Castle Wildish are a successful estate agent who needed there old telephone system replaced with
a new system which would help their customer relations and contact management.

The Cleanline Solution
Their old system was replaced with a new Panasonic Hybrid IP PBX connected to ISDN2 circuits with
Direct Dial in Numbers. This enabled all of the extension users to have there own individual telephone
numbers and the ability to forward their calls to there mobile of voice mail. The also had the Panasonic
Communication Assistant software package which enabled the staff using Outlook to dial from there
Outlook Contacts page directly to the contact without lifting the handset and dialling. This saved time and increased customer contact management.

The ISDN 2 circuits where provide from Daisy plc which resulted in reduced call charges and lower telephone bills.
